Consent to the Processing of Personal Data
Draft document structure for local development purposes. The final text is approved by the legal counsel of Samruk Advisory before the production launch of the website (see the technical specification, section 18).
By submitting a form on the Samruk Advisory website, the user confirms consent to the processing of the personal data they provide (name, organization name, contact details, the content of the enquiry and attached files) for the purpose of reviewing the enquiry and preparing a response.
Consent is given voluntarily by ticking a separate checkbox when submitting the form and is not pre-selected by default.
Consent may be withdrawn by using the contact details provided on the “Contacts” page.
