Architecture and master planning

· Architectural design of buildings and structures (including the right to design for architectural restoration works, excluding scientific restoration works on historical and cultural monuments)
· Site master plans, engineering preparation of the territory, landscaping and grading
· Urban design and planning, including planning documentation (district planning, master plans, detailed planning and development projects)

Structures

· Metal (steel, aluminium and alloy) structures
· Concrete and reinforced concrete, masonry and reinforced masonry structures
· Soil bases and foundations
· Construction design, including the right to design for major repair, reconstruction and strengthening of structures

Power and communications

· Internal and external electric lighting systems, power supply up to 0.4 kV and up to 10 kV
· Power supply up to 35 kV, up to 110 kV and above
· Internal low-current systems: telephony, fire and security alarm systems, and their external networks
· Nationwide and international communication lines (including satellite), local communication lines, radio and telecommunications

Utility networks

· Internal heating (including electric), ventilation, air-conditioning, refrigeration and low-pressure gas supply systems, and their external networks
· Internal water supply (hot and cold) and sewerage systems, and their external networks
· Trunk oil pipelines, oil-product pipelines and gas pipelines (medium- and high-pressure gas supply)

A Category I design license (GSL No. 05884) is confirmed. A separate license for independently performing licensed construction and installation works is not confirmed — such works are carried out within applicable permits, using in-house or engaged specialized resources.
